“We have to practice peace to help the other side make peace.”

— Thich Nhat Hahn

Self Care = Self Love

I can give you 10 reasons to receive massage regularly:

  1. Reduce muscle tension

  2. Improve flexibility/range of motion

  3. Relieve stress and anxiety

  4. Reduce depression

  5. Boost your immunity

  6. Speeds up recovery from most injuries

  7. Lower blood pressure

  8. Promotes relaxation

  9. Better sleep

  10. Manage back, neck, and shoulder pain

My mission is to educate you on taking care of the issues in your tissues! Stop ignoring your aches and pains, listen to your body and make active changes. We experience pain for a reason and the reason is finding a solution. Unwind after a long day. Get a massage after an intense week. Let go! Relax! Leave it all on the table.

Shanté Jenkins, Maryland Registered Massage Therapist

Meet Shanté, also known as, Tokyo.

Here goes nothing! Growing up as an athlete, you can say my body has sustained quite a few injuries. Massage between sports and marching band practice, has helped to increase my performance tremendously! So its a no brainer how I developed this passion to become a massage therapist—my life experience.

In 2017, I suffered a few severe car accidents. The injuries I sustained took roughly 8 months to recover. Of those 8 months, massage helped the most with a speedy assist to my recovery time, as well as, physical therapy.

My specialties are: pain management, relaxation, and deep tissue massage. I work thoroughly to assess the muscles for what is needed to alleviate any tension or pain. My skill set is customized to your needs and just might get you "massage drunk" so prepare for smooth sailing ride! Check out the Ashiatsu tab for more information if you ever inquired. I’m sure you’d fall in love.
